To place an order on trysylk.com, simply browse our product selection, add your desired items to the cart, and follow the steps to complete your purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once the order is validated.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, ShopPay), as well as payments via PayPal and other secure online payment options (ApplePay…).

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Your package will arrive within 7 to 12 working days. Shipping is free.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to check your package status via our order tracking page.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.
